Mentors are selected based on their experience and passion for helping new businesses succeed. They start by getting to know the entrepreneur and their business through one-on-one meetings, creating action plans to ensure progress. Once familiar with the business, mentors provide targeted guidance in areas like accounting, marketing, legal compliance, and operations.
