Business Growth Solutions Event Exceeds Expectations:

Empowering Growth in Racine County

RCEDC’s Business Growth Solutions event brought Racine County’s entrepreneurial spirit to life, drawing over 50 business owners, lenders, and community members for a celebration of local success. A dynamic panel, moderated by Wesley Walsh of Business Lending Partners, featured inspiring stories from local entrepreneurs—Melissa Poeschel (Baking Bird), Juan Malfavon (Bellas Medispa), Tristah Romero-Kelly (Renew Medical Aesthetics), and Andora Byrne (The Royal Canine). The audience was captivated by their journeys, filled with insight, inspiration, and community pride.

Burlington Mayor Jon Schultz closed the event with an empowering speech, applauding the RCEDC team, panelists, and attendees. Paired with delicious food from The Coffee House at Chestnut & Pine and valuable networking, the event was a vibrant celebration of Racine County’s business community.
