MOUNT PLEASANT — InSinkErator plans to build a new $24 million, 85,000-square-foot headquarters and lab facility, pending approval of more than $5 million in financial incentives.  Racine County, the Village of Mount Pleasant and Racine County Economic Development Corp. made the announcement Monday.  InSinkErator, a business of St. Louis-based Emerson, is the world's largest manufacturer of food waste disposers for home and commercial use. It employs 1,000 people in southeastern Wisconsin, most of them at its world headquarters and manufacturing plant at 4700 21st St. The company was founded in Racine.
