Certified as a SHRM-SCP and SPHR, Stephanie holds a master’s certificate in nonprofit management from UW-Milwaukee and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UW-Parkside. With a focus on recruitment, retention, and outplacement, she has spent over 10 years at MRA, refining talent management processes to support both individual and organizational success.
Kathy Seidel

Kathy Seidel brings over a decade of expertise in recruitment and HR operations, currently serving as the Manager of Recruiting Services at MRA – The Management Association. In her role, Kathy leads a team dedicated to providing comprehensive talent management solutions, including recruitment and retention efforts to over 4,000 member organizations across the country. Her career includes notable achievements in full-cycle recruitment across various industries and locations, leveraging multiple ATS platforms, and enhancing candidate engagement through innovative strategies.
