SBA 504 Helps Launch Lavagio Express Laundry, Delivering Full-Service Convenience to Mount Pleasant

With a goal to provide high-quality laundry services, Lavagio offers full-service wash, dry, and fold options, including convenient pickup and delivery, as well as self-service commercial washing and drying machines.

With 17 years of experience in key financial roles at a global transportation company, this expertise is aimed at ensuring the business flourishes while effectively serving the community.
To help bring this project to life, the owner secured funding to purchase and renovate a facility at 2015 Ole Davidson Road. Partnering with Joshua Sopczak at Town Bank and Business Lending Partners (BLP), he secured financing for 50% of the costs from Town Bank and to reduce his downpayment and monthly interest rate, he also secured an SBA 504 loan from BLP. The SBA loan provided 35% of the total financing and reduced his equity contribution to 15%.
