Zilber Launches Spec Building in Caledonia Corporate Park
Modern 142,560 SF facility with direct I-94 access now under construction
Zilber Property Group has begun construction on Zilber Industrial 2, a 142,560-square-foot speculative industrial facility at 4300 Carly Avenue in the new Caledonia Corporate Park in Racine County.
Zilber Industrial 2 will feature 32-foot clear height, 15 loading docks, two drive-in doors, 3,000 amps of expandable power, and 142,560 square feet of divisible space. The facility also includes ample car and trailer parking, high bay LED lighting, ESFR fire protection, and customizable office space.
Development of the Caledonia Corporate Park began in 2022 and represents a strong partnership between Zilber Property Group, the Village of Caledonia, Racine County, and the Racine County Economic Development Corporation (RCEDC), with the shared goal of attracting quality employers to this strategic corridor.
