The Business Growth Solutions Series is a 3-part video educational experience designed for small business owners, commercial lenders, real estate professionals and anyone in a position to help Wisconsin businesses grow. The central theme is financing. By the end, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the financial programs offered by Business Lending Partners and how you can leverage these programs.
RCEDC was awarded $3.3 million to establish the ZERO Loan Program. With ZERO interest for 2 years, ZERO closing fees and ZERO payments for up to 18 months, this program was designed to support Racine County businesses affected by COVID-19.
A variety of community loan funds have been established to help Racine County’s growing businesses. These programs, referred to as Revolving Loan Funds, help communities meet their development goals and help local businesses obtain financial resources for their projects.
The SBA 504 Program offers attractive real estate and equipment financing for growing businesses throughout Wisconsin. The business and its financial institution work directly with RCEDC’s finance team, Business Lender Partners, which administers the program.
