The Village of Caledonia, population 25,189, is in the growing corridor between Milwaukee and Chicago in Southeast Wisconsin. The Village of Caledonia seeks to grow the Village’s tax base by promoting quality residential, commercial, and business development to meet the needs of community residents and businesses. The Village is seeking an experienced master developer to develop and construct single-family homes on two sites totaling approximately 14.899 acres. The sites, located near Lake Michigan, are included in the Tax Increment District (TID) #5 project plan approved in 2019.
