DESCRIPTION:ABOUT THE EVENT\n						\n\n						\n				\n				\n				\n									As part of the RCEDC Talent Focus Series\, join Racine-based employers Modine Manufacturing and Johnson Financial Group as they highlight the custom “pre-internships” launched with Internship on Demand\, a Madison-based startup. Pre-internships are tailored experiences that precede traditional internships\, helping employers boost brand awareness\, enhance candidate diversity\, and lower recruiting costs\, while creating new pathways into their organization and culture.   In 2023\, Modine Manufacturing and Johnson Financial Group partnered with Internship on Demand to create custom pre-internships to meet their evolving talent needs. Modine developed an Electrical Vehicle Engineering Pre-Internship\, where 10 students gained essential skills through a unique project. Johnson Financial Group’s Fall 2023 pre-internship for IT and Information Security filled IT roles from the program\, offering candidates a glimpse into their award-winning culture.   This event is for Hiring Managers\, Talent Acquisition leaders\, HR leaders\, and those involved with the hiring decisions at their organization.
