Enjoy delicious food from Olde Madrid and sweet treats from That’s Right\, Sweetie.   The evening will feature a keynote presentation by James Robilotta\, a leadership author\, motivational speaker\, and improv comedian who is passionate about bringing humanity and connection back into the workplace. With years of research and experience\, he’ll share insights on combatting apathy\, strengthening company culture\, and providing impactful feedback to retain talent.   We’ll also recognize local leaders\, celebrate business growth\, and reflect on over 42 years of RCEDC’s contributions to Racine County’s development.
