EVEN A GLOBAL PANDEMIC CAN'T SLOW THIS COMMUNITY DOWN
The City of Burlington and RCEDC have been partnering on economic and community development projects since the early 1990’s. Through this team effort, the City has been able to site a new business park, reclaim its riverfront for higher value development, retain its historic character of the downtown, assist growing businesses, and attract new business and development.
BURLINGTON OFFICE AND MANUFACTURING PARK
The 80-acre Burlington Manufacturing and Office Park (BMOP) currently has sites available for new development.
Located conveniently in the Milwaukee-Chicago corridor of Racine County, the BMOP is 18 miles to I-94, 4 miles to the Burlington Municipal Airport, 32 miles to Milwaukee’s Mitchell International, and 63 miles to Chicago’s O’Hare International.
Office, Industrial, Vacant Land are all available. The minimum land size available is 3.6 acres and the maximum land size available is 15.8 acres. With all municipal utilities in place, the BMOP is primed and ready for development.
