GRAND OPENING: Mount Pleasant’s Tivoli Green Luxury Apartments

by Jeremy Williamson

Congratulations to Wangard Partners, Inc. and the Village of Mount Pleasant on the grand opening of the 278-unit Tivoli Green Apartments!

Tivoli Green Apartment Homes have now officially opened leasing and are working closely with local businesses  and  RCEDC  to drive awareness of the availability of this unique style of living in Racine County. Tivoli Green Apartment Homes provides a new, safe, premier housing solution with private entry ways and individual garages that is uncommon in the community.

CEO and Founder of Wangard Partners, Inc., Stewart Wangard, said the strong partnerships cultivated throughout this process not only helped expedite the project, but were instrumental in creating much needed housing in Racine County.

“I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work our teams have done up to this point,” said Wangard. “This project not only signifies opportunity for current and future residents of Mount Pleasant, but it also highlights the fact that Racine County is taking incredible steps to prepare for positive growth and development.”

Along with Wangard, several individuals will also speak at the July 30th ribbon cutting ceremony,
including Matthew Moroney, COO at Wangard Partners, Inc.; Jenny Trick, Executive Director of RCEDC; and more.

The 278-unit complex includes amenities and layouts for a diverse set of residents ranging from
studios to 3-bed and 2-bath units. All units include private entrances. One-bedroom layouts, plus all 2 and 3-bedroom layouts include an attached garage. Each unit offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, kitchen islands, full-size washers and dryers, nine-foot ceilings, designer light and plumbing fixtures, luxury vinyl plank flooring in living areas, and carpeted bedrooms.
