MOUNT PLEASANT, WI  – Fiduciary Real Estate Development (FRED) plans to bring their new brand, Seasons, to the corner of Braun and Green Bay Rd in Mount Pleasant. This particular project will consist of a 280-unit multi-family housing development, planned to open in April 2022, according to an announcement in the latest FRED Newsletter.
