MOUNT PLEASANT, WI – Hillwood, a national investment and development company, expanded their footprint in Racine County purchasing a $2.9M, 19-acre parcel, where they recently celebrated the groundbreaking of what will be a 247,105 SF industrial speculative building.
The event also highlighted the collaborative effort that brought this project to fruition, which includes the contributions of the Village of Mount Pleasant, Racine County, Racine County Economic Development Corporation, Land and Lakes Development Company, Pinnacle Engineering Group, Partners in Design Architects and Meridian Design Build.
