Rebekah led the ManpowerGroup team that worked with the Digital Design & Manufacturing Institute to define the future workforce for digital manufacturing and design, and is responsible for leading ManpowerGroup North America’s Manufacturing Sector Strategy.

Kimberly has been in the field of Human Resources for 14 years, primarily focusing on Talent Acquisition in healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing industries. She graduated from UW-Parkside with a B.S. in Business Management – concentration in Human Resources and a B.A. in Economics. Kimberly now focuses on recruiting talent to Andis, located in Sturtevant.

JANE EICKHOFF | Senior HR Representative at Andis Company

Jane has worked in Human Resources for about 25 years primarily focusing on talent acquisition.  She spent a good majority of her time in healthcare at Columbia St. Mary’s and Madison Medical and is now currently at Andis.  It has been a welcome opportunity for her to continue to grow her career there now working in manufacturing and a union environment. Jane focuses on recruiting production talent for Andis.
