M+W | Gilbane has issued an invitation to submit lump sum proposals for soil testing, erosion control, mass excavation and storm water work related to Phase One of Foxconn construction work. More than 50 potential bidders attended a pre-bid conference on April 10 at the SC Johnson iMET Center in Sturtevant.
