- Regency Mall Redevelopment ($120M): A phased transformation featuring a new Woodman’s, apartments, and retail. Grocery store set to open in Q3 2025.
- Lincoln-King Community Center ($68M): A new health and recreation center breaking ground in 2026.
- Reefpoint Marina Revitalization ($32.5M): A multi-year project adding new docks and a community pier by 2026.
- Behavioral Health Facility ($15M): A 50,000 sq. ft. mental health center expected by September 2026.
- Microsoft Data Centers: Several approved facilities, including a 3-million-square-foot data center complex.
