RCEDC’s lending division, Business Lending Partners, includes Loan Officers, Credit Analysts, Loan Processor, Loan Closing Specialist, Loan Servicing Specialist, and Loan Portfolio Manager. The Loan Servicing Specialist will communicate with existing borrowers to provide and receive materials that are necessary to maintain properly organized loan files.

The Loan Servicing Specialist works closely with the lending team, but primarily with the Loan Closing Specialist and the Loan Portfolio Manager to ensure that the loan files are set up and maintained accurately.

The Credit Analyst requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of relevant experience with commercial lending.

RCEDC is an AA/EEO Employer: All applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, disability, or protected veteran status. Individuals from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

The Commercial Loan Processor will work closely with the Loan Officers to compile, input, and track critical information for each commercial loan file. The Commercial Loan Processor will need to be organized and detail-oriented, as they are responsible to maintain a list of needs and questions for the borrower, banker, and Loan Officers for each loan file.
The Loan Processor position is similar to the Commercial Loan Credit Analyst but may lack a Bachelor’s degree and/or sufficient relevant commercial lending experience.

The Commercial Loan Credit Analyst will also support the Loan Closing Specialist in a final credit review before the loan closing. Additionally, the Credit Analyst will support the loan servicing team to review more challenging credits to determine risk.

The Credit Analyst requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of relevant experience with commercial lending.
