Racine County Continuous Improvement Roundtable

A Program for Racine County Manufacturing Leaders Driving Continuous Improvement and Quality

Calling all manufacturing leaders! Join this peer-driven roundtable focused on continuous improvement, quality, and shared learning across Racine County’s manufacturing community.

About The Program

The Continuous Improvement Roundtable (CIRT), a partnership between RAMAC and RCEDC, is designed for manufacturing managers and team leads who drive quality and continuous improvement. Facilitated by WMEP, this 6-month series meets on the 3rd Thursday every other month beginning in January, offering a space for Racine County manufacturers to exchange best practices, discuss challenges, and explore new strategies. Each session features peer-to-peer learning through guided discussions and facility tours that provide practical, hands-on insights.

The January session will focus on Lean training with a hands-on Lean simulation, giving participants an interactive opportunity to apply Lean principles in a real-world context.
