Ashley Capital, a national developer, plans to invest $440 million to transform the former South Hills Country Club in Caledonia, Racine County, into a new industrial park. This project aims to create 2,000 full-time jobs and will cover around 220 acres with 10 buildings totaling 3.8 million square feet. The development is expected to boost the property’s assessed value by $300 million.
The Wisconsin Fast Forward (WFF) program is a state-funded
grant program that provides employer-led worker training grants. Applications are now being accepted and are due by September 27, 2022.
