Racine County is gearing up for a year of transformative growth, with major construction projects set to reshape its residential, commercial, and infrastructure landscape. From multi-million-dollar redevelopments to new public facilities, these projects will drive economic growth, create jobs, and enhance community spaces across the region.
Construction is underway on the mixed-use Waterford Lofts, a 28,200 sq. ft. project at 506 E Main Street. The project is a partnership between the Village of Waterford, Wisconsin Redevelopment Group, and Milwaukee-based Selzer-Ornst Construction Company.
RCEDC will host the 2023 Racine County Economic Outlook Roundtable on Wednesday, January 25th, which will feature the Wisconsin Department of Revue’s Secretary, Peter Barca and Chief Economist, John Koskinen.
