Since 2016 RCEDC has partnered with Living As A Leader to offer a year-long development series to equip managers and leaders with the skills they need to lead teams and companies.

Upcoming leadership series are being offered virtually to support leaders and keep everyone safe.
Often employees are promoted to be managers and leader because of their technical skills without receiving leadership training. Being equipped with tangible leadership skills allows leaders to better engage and retain their direct reports.
The Living As A Leader Public Leadership Series employs a steady-progress-over time approach to leadership development. The model involves Training plus Coaching plus a variety of Learning Reinforcement Tools. Leaders at all levels are involved in the process.

Leaders at all levels. Most commonly, participants are individuals at supervisory and middle management levels of leadership.
RCEDC’s mission is to grow Racine County’s property tax base and by supporting business expansions, provide employment opportunities to Racine County residents. Over the last three years the RCEDC staff assisted 72 projects that, when completed, will result in 1,000’s of new full time jobs, and will substantially boost local property tax revenues.
