Kathy Seidel brings over a decade of expertise in recruitment and HR operations, currently serving as the Manager of Recruiting Services at MRA – The Management Association. In her role, Kathy leads a team dedicated to providing comprehensive talent management solutions, including recruitment and retention efforts to over 4,000 member organizations across the country. Her career includes notable achievements in full-cycle recruitment across various industries and locations, leveraging multiple ATS platforms, and enhancing candidate engagement through innovative strategies.
