Sturtevant, WI – Courtyard at Cobblestone Park is a 12-acre multi-use housing development on Durand Avenue (STH-11), north of Fleet Farm. The development consists of seven buildings and 228 multi-family units, including ADA units, in addition to two retail buildings. The developer – Sawall Development – broke ground in the fall of 2022 and plans to open the first building in September 2023.
The project is being constructed in the Village of Sturtevant’s Tax Increment District #4 and is expected to add approximately $30 million in value when completed.
