ABOUT THE SERIES

Living As A Leader’s Public Emerging Leader Series is designed for high‑performing professionals who make an impact but do not yet hold formal leadership roles. Ideal for individual contributors, project managers, influencers, and team leads, this series supports emerging talent by developing practical leadership skills that strengthen engagement, confidence, and retention.

Rather than a one‑time training, this series is an ongoing development process. Participants engage in six monthly, highly interactive workshops focused on real‑world leadership skills, along with monthly small‑group coaching sessions that provide accountability, expert guidance, and personalized development support. The experience also offers meaningful opportunities to connect with peers across organizations who are on a similar professional path.

The series is intended for professionals with no direct reports. Those currently managing others may consider Living As A Leader’s 12‑month leadership development series.

Living As A Leader employs a steady-progress-over-time approach to leadership development. Our signature service, the Leadership Development Series, focuses on the development of leadership skills and strategies, as well as frequent application opportunities. Through a variety of other services we offer, we provide support to all leaders at all levels within an organization.
Racine County Economic Development Corporation (RCEDC) is a private, non-profit organization that provides existing and new Racine County businesses with the supplemental services needed to create or maintain their economic vitality. As the first point of contact for businesses undertaking expansions, relocations, financing, or workforce development projects, RCEDC helps ensure these efforts are successful and impactful within our community.
RAMAC is Racine’s Business Champion serving as a voice representing the common interests of every organization in Racine – small and large, industrial and retail, for profit and nonprofit. In support of its broad and diverse membership base, RAMAC offers a variety of pro-business and pro-community programs and initiatives. These programs aim to improve the business climate and vitality of the greater Racine area.
