Building a Future of Compassionate Care
RCEDC and Bank CMG continue their partnership to finance Compassionate Corner’s growth in Burlington
City of Burlington, WI – Compassionate Corner is taking the next step in its growth by acquiring a property in Burlington, expanding its services from daytime programming to residential care. Founded in 2025 by Emily Puglisi, the company serves adults with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, physical disabilities, and mental illness. The second property will provide a supportive living environment for the company’s clients, create three full-time jobs, and advance Puglisi’s plans to expand the company’s services.
“I’m very grateful for the support and assistance from RCEDC to continue our growth, so we can provide more services to those with special needs. -Emily M. Puglisi, owner of Compassionate Corner
This loan is another partnership between Bank CMG and RCEDC. To finance the company’s property acquisition, RCEDC worked with Jake Stilling of Bank CMG. The combined efforts allowed Puglisi to reduce her down payment to 10% and receive a below-market interest rate from RCEDC.
