In January 2020 Tracy Cross & Associates delivered the Racine County Housing Study that included a thorough analysis of demographics, employment growth, residential supply (single- and multi-family), demand, and projected absorption rates. At the time, it was estimated that Racine County could absorb 890 new units per year. RCEDC has been tracking residential development projects since the report was completed which total more than 4,000 units.

With the financial support of Racine County, Wisconsin Realtors Association, Southshore Realtors Association, and RCEDC, will present some findings from the study and seek input from attendees on October 10th at 7:30 AM at the Gateway Technical College SC Johnson iMET Center.
