CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY AT THE HISTORIC CITY OF RACINE HORLICK DISTRICT

The historic Horlick Malted Milk complex in the City of Racine is currently being renovated into what will be known as the Horlick District â€“ a modern living community that retains the complex’s historic character and incorporates residential, commercial, retail, recreation, hospitality and education spaces.

The visionary real estate developer behind this $100 million historic renovation is J. Jeffers & Company, headquartered in Milwaukee. The project provides incredible living opportunities to the local community as well as those new to Racine County.

In June, the real estate company stood beside City of Racine officials as they cut the ribbon to Racine’s latest housing completion, the Gold Medal Lofts.
