MEET THE SPEAKER – RICK PIRAINO

Rick Piraino has more than 40 years of experience as an educator, coach, facilitator, and organizational consultant, helping organizations nationwide develop strong leadership and performance cultures. Since 1996, he has supported leaders in integrating practical skills with self-awareness and integrity through an engaging, real-world approach. A published leadership author and creator of Responsibility-Based Performance Management, Rick uses Living As A Leader® materials and processes to help participants confidently apply what they learn.
