Partners Celebrate Grand Opening of the Residences at Dunham Grove

UNION GROVE, WI – The Residences at Dunham Grove are officially open for leasing. The collaborative effort to bring this housing development project to Union Grove was celebrated on Wednesday, Sept. 21 by members of the Racine County Economic Development Corporation (RCEDC), Racine County, the Village of Union Grove and the developer, PRE/3.

The 45-acre, $35 million development broke ground in 2019. Ranging from $1,530 – $1,570 per month, the site boasts 120 units spaciously designed with comfort in mind.

The completion and opening of the Residences at Dunham Grove is a great example of the collaborative effort by private and public partners working to meet the housing needs for current and future Racine County residents. This is just one example of several housing development projects recently completed or under construction.
