The three-story facility features collaborative workspaces, wellness amenities, and a campus-style setting designed to support growth and innovation. Completed on an accelerated timeline, the project reflects ECU’s long-term vision and expanding presence in Racine County.

Designed with a trauma-informed approach, the center integrates education, mental health services, recreation, and career development opportunities. Supporting up to 48 youth, the $52 million project sets a new standard for rehabilitation-focused care in Wisconsin.
