Town of Norway, WI – Starline Roofing, LLC is reaching new heights with the recent acquisition of a commercial property in the Town of Norway, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth. With plans to develop the site into a multi-purpose commercial space, the property will house rental units, storage solutions, and an expanded hub for Starline Roofing’s operations.
Gabriel Gonzalez, owner of Starline Roofing, got his start in the industry as a teenager and has since turned that early passion into a thriving business. After years of hands-on experience, he launched Starline Roofing in 2020. Now known for top-tier commercial roofing across southeastern Wisconsin, the company’s latest expansion marks an exciting new chapter.
To support Starline Roofing’s expansion, RCEDC partnered with Joshua Narrai, Business Development Officer of Commercial Banking at Tri City National Bank, to secure financing through a Revolving Loan Fund (RLF). Tri City covered 50% and RCEDC 40% of the project cost, leaving just 10% down for the borrower.
Thanks to the support of Joshua Narrai at Tri City National Bank and RCEDC, Starline Roofing secured the financing needed to move forward with its expansion. Their partnership played a key role in making this next chapter possible and reflects a strong commitment to supporting local entrepreneurs and business growth.
