Join the Get Set Summit on October 18–19 at New Omega Church in Racine for two days of hands-on resources designed to meet entrepreneurs where they are. Attendees will have access to workshops, business banking resources, professional headshots, on-site LLC filing assistance, and more.
The series begins on October 28 with Build with AI: Your First Working App, a hands-on workshop that introduces participants to generative AI and effective prompting techniques. Through interactive exercises, attendees will learn how to confidently use AI tools, write more effective prompts, build a simple web application using plain-language instructions, and discover practical ways to apply AI in their work and everyday lives.
Applications are open now through September 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM for early-stage companies ready to showcase their ideas. Startups in all sectors are encouraged to apply, especially those innovating in advanced manufacturing, biohealth, clean energy, and technology. To be considered, applicants must submit a 2-minute pitch video and a pitch deck as part of the application process.
Build your practical AI skills during the second workshop in a four-part series from Gateway Technical College and Microsoft. Through hands-on exercises, participants will learn how to turn existing information into useful summaries, briefs, and plans, improve AI-generated content, and develop more efficient workflows for everyday tasks.
