The Business Loan Closing Specialist prepares all loan closings and ensures that RCEDC is operating all loan programs within the required program regulations.Â
Some essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Facilitate closing of SBA 504 and other loans
- Coordinate required documentation for loan closings
- Coordinate the drafting of closing documents
- Coordinate loan closings, loan packaging and debenture sales
- Coordinate, monitors, and approves all loan disbursements and documentation
- Ensure all post-closing activities are completed
- Ensure all closing information is entered into Salesforce and Ventures systems
- Report regularly on status of loans
