    Ashley Capital, a national real estate developer with a strong presence in Racine County, plans to invest $440 million in transforming the former South Hills Country Club into a new industrial park in the Village of Caledonia.

    Formerly the Olympia Brown School and Western Publishing Company facility, the Water's Edge Condominiums are now under construction and available for purchase. Located in the Village of Caledonia, the Water’s Edge Condominiums are nestled on the shore of Lake Michigan.

    Ashley Capital, a national developer, plans to invest $440 million to transform the former South Hills Country Club in Caledonia, Racine County, into a new industrial park. This project aims to create 2,000 full-time jobs and will cover around 220 acres with 10 buildings totaling 3.8 million square feet. The development is expected to boost the property’s assessed value by $300 million.

    The Water's Edge Condominiums are to be approximately 178 units, to be sold as condominiums and townhomes.

    There is a new 188,000 square foot speculative development planned for Caledonia's DeBack Farms Business Park.

    Centro Sperimentale del Latte USA Inc. (Cultures Supporting Life), a probiotic company, recently established its first operations in the U.S. with a manufacturing facility in Caledonia, Wisconsin. The investment is part of a multimillion-dollar project expected to create up to 31 jobs over the next four years.

    On Saturday, December 4th, Tom and Sue Haman celebrated the grand opening of their new Culver’s location on Douglas Avenue, across from O&H Danish Bakery and Starbucks.

    Case High School graduate and Milwaukee Brewers former draft pick, Lee Jaramillo now owns Northterra Real Estate Group. Jaramillo recently used RCEDC's High Impact Revolving Loan Fund for interim financing to construct the new O&H Danish Bakery on the corner of Douglas Avenue and 4 Mile Rd.
