Caledonia Coporate Park
Zilber Property Group
The new speculative industrial development, known as Caledonia Corporate Park, is ideally located along the highly sought-after I-94 Corridor, in the Village of Caledonia.
Caledonia Corporate Park will be comprised of up to five industrial buildings, totaling approximately 1.6 million square feet, and capable of accommodating industrial and distribution users in the market with space requirements up to one million square feet.
The new 188k SF speculative development by Likewise Partners is underway at Caledonia’s DeBack Farms Business Park. The new development, located at 13301 4 Mile Rd., will include 135 parking stalls, 20 expandable docks, and is expected to be completed in 2023.
Enterprise Business Park
Enterprise Business Park (EBP), located in the fast-growing industrial corridor between Milwaukee and Chicago. With over 400,000 SF still available for lease and approximately 800,000 SF under construction, EBP offers incomparable advantages including a growing local workforce, a pro-business local environment, and immediate proximity to manufacturing and distribution facilities.
I-94 Business Center
Construction at Endeavor Development’s I-94 Business Center project in Mount Pleasant, WI has been progressing rapidly. The historically agricultural site has undergone a significant transformation in recent months as it is developed into a 204,594 SF, Class A industrial space. The project is on track to deliver to the market in Q1 of 2023.
Meridian III is an industrial facility ideal for distribution, assembly and light manufacturing situated in Mount Pleasant. Well-located with excellent access to and from Interstate 94, the building totals 247,105 square feet and provides access to a large, highly skilled work force and diverse customer base.
Park 94 at Mount Pleasant
HSA Commercial Real Estate
Park 94, located in the community of Mount Pleasant in Racine County, is a multi-use business park, strategically positioned a mile East of Interstate 94 via full service interchange at State Highway 20, which offers both accessibility and visibility. The park is situated on over 120 acres, ideally located for local, regional, and super-regional distribution, as well as manufacturing, between Milwaukee and Chicago.
