Zilber Property Group recently announced the planned development of an industrial business park in Caledonia, Wisconsin, on a recently acquired 93-acre land site.
The development, known as Caledonia Corporate Park, is located along the highly sought-after I-94 Corridor, specifically at the southeast quadrant of the I-94 and Northwestern Avenue interchange in Racine County.
Caledonia Corporate Park will be comprised of up to five industrial buildings, totaling approximately 1.6 million square feet, and capable of accommodating industrial users in the market with space requirements up to one million square feet.
Site preparation and infrastructure work is scheduled to begin next month, followed by the development of future speculative industrial facilities beginning in the spring of 2023.
