Hillwood Invests in Racine County

YORKVILLE, WI — Racine County, the Village of Yorkville and Racine County Economic Development Corporation (RCEDC) are pleased to welcome Hillwood, a Perot Company, to the Yorkville community. Hillwood is a Dallas-based organization ranked as one of the top industrial, commercial and residential real estate companies in the country.

Hillwood purchased two industrial buildings totaling 338,000 square feet and 58 acres of shovel-ready land at Yorkville’s Grandview Business Park, located off I-94, just south of Hwy 20.
